Welcome to GoodQuotes. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoodQuotes mobile application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GoodQuotes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use GoodQuotes

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Users who engage in such behavior may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Violent or graphic content
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Spam, misleading information, or impersonation

You can report content and block other users in the App. We reserve the right to remove content and take enforcement actions at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to GoodQuotes, but grant Two Palms Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.

6. Subscriptions

GoodQuotes offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“GoodQuotes Pro”), billed through the Apple App Store. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.

Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if a user violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content posted by users is not endorsed by us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Palms Software LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
